1. Information We Collect

We believe in minimal data collection. We only store temporary data necessary for bot execution:

• Discord Server & User IDs: Used exclusively for queue management and Direct Message (DM) delivery.
• Command Usage Logs: Temporary diagnostic logs to identify errors and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is used strictly for operational purposes:

• Processing playback requests submitted via Slash commands.
• Delivering requested 30-second audio previews to user Direct Messages.

3. Temporary Files & Audio Storage

Audio preview files processed for DM delivery are stored in temporary RAM/directories (/tmp) and automatically deleted immediately after sending. We do not permanently host or store music files.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or trade user data to any third-party advertisers or external organizations.

5. Contact & Removal Requests

If you wish to clear cached server data or have privacy concerns, please contact the bot administrators via Discord.
